The Heart Behind

For Chuck Hendrix, this mission began at rock bottom.
After decades in ministry, he found himself in a personal struggle that no sermon or strategy could fix. His weight had climbed to 357 pounds, and even after bariatric surgery and an initial success, the pounds — and the shame — began to return. What had once been confidence and calling started to feel like defeat.
Then came a moment of surrender.
Chuck cried out to God for help that would reach deeper than willpower. He began to study how the mind and spirit interact — how beliefs, identity, and focus shape behavior. Romans 12:2 became his compass: “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
That search led him to discover NLP — a powerful framework for understanding how thoughts, language, and emotion create our inner and outer reality.
As Chuck learned to bring these principles under biblical truth, everything changed. By retraining his thought patterns and aligning them with who God said he was, his body, mind, and spirit began to heal. His energy returned. His joy resurfaced. His sense of calling was restored.
That personal transformation became the foundation for what is now Impact Seminars & Workshops — a space where faith meets practical renewal.
