Refund Policy: a) All purchases are final. Because each course, workshop, seminar, or event involves the reservation of limited seats and resources, refunds are not issuedexcept as outlined below.

b) If you are unable to attend the training or event for which you registered, you may reschedule and attend a future session of the same program at no additional cost, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing prior to the scheduled start of the event.

c) If you attend a live, in-person event and determine by the end of Day One that the program is not right for you, you may return all provided materials and submit a written refund request before leaving the event. Upon approval, a full refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your written request.

d) No refunds will be provided after the first day of a live event or once a digital course, download, or online training has been accessed or made available to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
a) The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement and accuracy of information.
